Denise Whitley is the Founder and Lead Consultant at LDR ProSolutions. She has a background in music education, grants, administration and presenting. Her passion is helping others succeed. Denise developed the C.H.I.P.S. Principle in 2016 to promote an increase in nonprofit and government sector grant funding. By applying the principle, she witnessed a tremendous improvement in three key areas: Project Development, Organizational Planning and Grant Awards/Management. She is a Certified Grant Writer®, with a Bachelor's in Small Business Administration and Lean Six Sigma Certification. She recently accepted the role of Online Instructor for the American Grant Writers' Association.

 

Jessica Rabago is the newest LDR team member. She graduated summa cum laude from Marymount University with a degree in Elementary Education. Jessica was employed by Loudoun County Public Schools as a first grade teacher. Currently, Jessica is a stay at home mom to her three beautiful children, Leah, Adelyn, and Kevin. She brings her teaching experience and communication skills to our team as a blog writer.

Ray Madaghiele is a master facilitator, trainer, coach and speaker who has 30 years of experience helping hundreds of organizations improve their performance and solve big problems. He works with enlightened leaders who want to create an energized, fulfilling environment in which individuals and teams grow and thrive. Ray guides organizations to make quantum leaps forward and quickly maximize their return on investment (ROI) in leadership and organizational development. He has vast experience working with a diverse array of companies, non-profit organizations, and Native American communities and their enterprises. Ray is the author of Energize Your Business: Engage Your Employees with an Inspiring Strategic Planning Process in which he shares insights into building a more collaborative, high-performing organizational culture and a more profitable business.

 

 

Susan Kavanaugh is a certified life and business coach, pastoral counselor, ordained Christian minister and nationally acclaimed public speaker. She is a non-profit business developer with 30+ years of fundraising and a highly successful history of obtaining government as well as foundation grants and corporate sponsorships.

Founder of “Prayer in Practice,” a Radio for Peace International program in Costa Rica and co-founder of PeaceLinks™, community conversations on peace based on Barbara Marx Hubbard’s synergistic convergence model, Susan’s aim is to guide people to a path of conscious living.

Natalie Olson is a valued member of the LDR Pros Team. Her role as Customer Experience Advisor is to provide guidance and assistance to our clients and event attendees, ensuring a perfect experience. Natalie graduated from ASU with a degree in Recreation and Tourism Management. She was employed as a park ranger with the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department, where she focused her efforts on outdoor education and was an integral part of creating the County’s Interpretive Ranger Program. Natalie became Park Supervisor of the Cave Creek Regional Park in 2003, and continued her work in developing educational opportunities within the County Parks System. She is the Curator of Education at the Desert Caballeros Western Museum in Wickenburg, AZ.
